Chain-of-trust encryption, a user-configurable firewall and secure firmware boot capability prevent the EVMAGU23X-E UPDU from being a cyberattack vulnerability point on a network. The EVMAGU23X-E is compatible with select Eaton Brightlayer Data Centers suite software solutions that enable extensive automation and remote management to shorten response times to power issues and ensure timely updates for stronger cybersecurity.

High accuracy metering for voltage, current, power and energy. Use this data for capacity planning, alarming or reporting energy consumption. Set alarm thresholds to prevent overload and prevent costly down time. Power data is available on local LCD display or over the network using Web, SNMP, CLI or RestAPI.

The EVMAGU23X-E rack PDU (rPDU) features 24 C13 outlets, which accept C14 connectors, and 18 high-retention C39 combo outlets, which accept both C14 and C20 connectors, adding flexibility to deployments and reducing the quantity of PDUs you will need to purchase and install.

Outlet-Level Control Boosts Performance and Efficiency
All 42 outlets provide metering, monitoring and switching for granular power data and precision control of power delivery. The outlets are evenly distributed into six color-coded load banks, each with its own circuit breaker, to improve load balancing and organize connections in a crowded rack.

Convenient Box-to-Rack Installation
This UPDU G4 features toolless mounting buttons that allow front- or side-facing rack installation, depending on your rack’s layout and your power needs. Choose from a collection of 17 power cables and 15 plug options (all power cables sold separately). Low-profile circuit breakers are flush with the lightweight aluminum chassis, and its narrow two-inch width saves space within the rack for revenue-generating equipment. You can cascade up to 40 EVMAGU23X-E models with each model maintaining its own individual IP address from a single network connection point.
