3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Eaton warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions, to be free from original defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of initial purchase. If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Eaton will, subject to the foregoing terms and limitations, repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion, as your exclusive remedy for Eaton's breach of its limited warranty.

The NetCommander IP KVM switches do not support Virtual Media on Ubuntu operating systems. For Virtual Media support on Ubuntu, our B064-Series NetDirector IP KVM switches are recommended.

Yes. Tripp Lite has a non-browser client available for download that allows you to remotely access your KVM from a Windows computer while bypassing the Java Security prompts. Also available for free download is Tripp Lite’s NETCOMMANDER-AXS software, which lets you access all of your Tripp Lite NetCommander IP KVM Switches (B070 and B072 IP Series) from a single interface on a Windows computer, while at the same time bypassing the Java Security prompts. To download the non-browser client and/or NETCOMMANDER-AXS software, go here and type in your KVM model name.

GEN10/KVM incompatibility: HP has addressed the issue concerning No video/intermittent video when connected to VGA monitor through a KVM. This issue came about as a full-time power management service which was incorporated into the HP Gen10 servers. A firmware release from HP updates the system to allow the VGA aspect of this service to be turned off. Please see HP GEN10 KVM Video Solution.
