Why can't I access my KVM switch over IP using my Windows 7 computer?

Windows 7 users must run Internet Explorer as an Administrator to access connected computers over IP. To run Internet Explorer as an Administrator, right-click the Internet Explorer icon in the Windows Start menu, and choose "Run as Administrator." If you right-click the Internet Explorer icon in the task bar at the bottom of your home page, highlight the Internet Explorer icon in the list that appears and right-click it to select "Run as Administrator."

I am unable to get an acceptable video signal when using the B055-001-UDP with my NetDirector IP KVM Switch.

For the B055-001-UDP to function properly the latest firmware must be installed on the KVM switch it is connected to. You can go here to obtain the latest firmware for the B064-016-02-IPG, B064-016-04-IPG, B064-032-02-IPG and B064-032-04-IPG KVM switches.

Why am I not getting video output to my monitor when accessing my HP GEN 10 server?

GEN10/KVM incompatibility: HP has addressed the issue concerning No video/intermittent video when connected to VGA monitor through a KVM. This issue came about as a full-time power management service which was incorporated into the HP Gen10 servers. A firmware release from HP updates the system to allow the VGA aspect of this service to be turned off. Please see HP GEN10 KVM Video Solution.
