The default configuration and alarm set for the RELAYIOCARD are:
- Relay 1 - Summary Alarm - Any additional alarms that a compatible UPS provides outside of the preset contact alarm of relays 2-6 below.
- Relay 2 - Power Fail - Input power to the UPS is lost and the UPS is On Battery. This can also be triggered by voltage and/or frequency out-of-range, or self-test operation.
- Relay 3 - Battery Low – UPS battery system is nearly depleted.
- Relay 4 - On Bypass – This alarm can occur for a number of reasons and is UPS-specific. See your UPS Owner’s Manual for reported bypass conditions.
- Relay 5 - Overload – The connected load is drawing more power than the rated capacity of the UPS.
- Relay 6 - Over Temperature - The UPS system’s internal temperature has exceeded its set threshold.
Note: You can receive one or more contact alarms at the same time depending upon the available feature set from your UPS system.
