The dependable P579-010-4K6 (M/F) connects to your existing DisplayPort cable to extend the run by 10 feet (3.1 meters). This allows you more flexibility in placing, for instance, a cable box or media server connected to a DisplayPort-enabled television, monitor or projector. The male connector latches securely to help prevent the cable from becoming accidentally disconnected and disrupting a continuous audio/video signal.

This extension cable supports Ultra HD 4K resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. It’s compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 standards for HDR, providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks.
